I present the top two to three who meet the scorecard. You can request an expanded slate if needed.
What if none of the finalists feel right?
We review the scorecard and extend the search. I will not push a poor fit.
Are your candidates employees or contractors?
Most VAs operate as contractors. You choose what is right for your business and handle compliance.
Do you work with specific time zones?
Yes. I source for your preferred hours.
Who owns the SOPs and test work?
