I'm Anna
I started my business in 2017 after managing restaurants and offices, thinking it would be a small VA side venture. It quickly grew into a full agency with 15 team members and more than 50 clients. The work was profitable, but I wanted more control over my time and the quality of the work itself, so I shifted from agency management to hands-on systems and training.
During my agency years I hired and trained 20+ contractors and taught clients how to work well with an assistant. Today I build dependable back-end systems and practical workflows, bringing deep experience in Google Workspace, ClickUp, HoneyBook, Kajabi, and similar platforms and adjacent tools, keeping operations simple and sustainable.
Helping growing businesses and new virtual assistants build stable, easy-to-run systems so work feels lighter and results scale with less chaos.
